Struggling to locate the help you need? Let’s have a conversation.

The Abq Plan has gathered helpful resources for the homeless. We have access to shelter, transitional assistance, and food pantries. Once the basics are taken care of, we’ll help you with your health and getting control of your finances.

Shelter

Our goal is to assist those in need of rental support, preventing them from becoming homeless. We aim to support individuals in their current struggles to maintain housing stability, providing timely assistance when they need it most. We are dedicated to helping those ready to receive support, connecting them with resources and programs to ensure they transition from where they are to a better life.

If you are facing eviction, there are resources to help prevent that.

If you are already homeless, we can connect you with a safe place to sleep in an emergency shelter, and then connect you with transitional living arrangements in group homes and similar resources.

Here are a few places which you can contact to ask for shelter:

Food

The city of Albuquerque maintains a list of sites that provide free meals. In addition, once you have shelter, we can help you sign up for free food assistance from food banks and pantries like Storehouse New Mexico. If you are experiencing food insecurity, please contact us.
