The Abq Plan is a New Mexico non-profit that is gathering a coalition of private citizens, for profit businesses, non-profits, and other community members that want to help the City of Albuquerque end homelessness.
As an organization we are focused on ending homelessness in Albuquerque, NM, one person at a time. Our chosen strategy for ending homelessness is by connecting with the homeless and providing them with assistance and resources. Ending homelessness is a huge task, but we’re ready and willing to accomplish that goal! We are developing programs to help end homelessness by equipping individuals to succeed and prosper in today’s society, so they never have to be homeless again.
